She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Branch (Sumners); her husband Curtis Simmons; and her nephew Mark Wilkinson. She is survived by: her children, Ashlee Miller (Robert) of Marlow, Tyrel Simmons (Angela) of Comanche, Julee Lokey (Dakota) of Comanche, Dustin Simmons (Ericka) of Duncan and Leslie Simmons of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Daylan, Drake, Dredyn, Kylie, Johnthan, McKenzie, Trinity, Krayson, Allie, Ella, Nikolai, Rose, Faith, Cameron, Raylin and Jessee; and her siblings, Robert Milam of Chickasha and Christy Crow (Bryan) of Chickasha.
