He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Evelyn Smith (Dishon); and his brother Stephen Roy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith; and his niece Stephanie Graf of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
