He is survived by: his children, Michael Perkins of Tishomingo and Cynthia Perkins of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kerstyn, Taylor, Gabriela, Courtney and Renee; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jace and Augustine.
