He is survived by: his mother Shelby Palmer Labutis; his wife Tracy Labutis; his children, Kenneth Labutis (Katherine), Raymond Labutis Sr. and Jessica Goforth (Daniel); his grandchildren, Austin, Kami, Kendal, Lexi, Raymond Jr., Kaylin, Corbin and Wayde; his siblings, Laura Burges (Chip) and Carl William Labutis; and his father-in-law Kenneth Eves.
