He is survived by: his wife Barbara Forbes; his daughters, Brittany (Cherokee), Danielle Forbes, Shonda (Derek Thomas) and Samantha (Sam Hadaway); and his grandchildren, Emily Hall, Dixie-Rae, Dominic, Beretta-Mae, Bay-Lynn, Berkley-Blaine, Merle-Monroe, Archer, Forest Thomas, Emma, Hunter and Casey Hadaway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
