He was predeceased by: his parents, A. B. Rowley and Frances Rowley (Newman); his brother Gary Rowley; and his half-sister Dorothy Paul Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Riley; his children, Christy Summers (Shane) and Brian Rowley (Lacy); his grandchildren, Megan Webb (Matt), Taylor Hunsinger (Holden), Cash Rowley, Isaac Rowley and Lily Rowley; and his great grandchildren, Braelynn Webb and Caxton Webb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
