It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Dean Schmidt of Cordell, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf B Schmidt and Minnie E Schmidt (Heidebrecht); his wife Charlotte Schmidt; his daughter Connie Broadhurst; and his brother Lonnie Schmidt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Schmidt, Cordell and Deborah Henderson (Craig) of Venice, FL; his grandchildren, Jon Broadhurst of Okarche, OK, Erin Hempken (Chris) of Yukon, OK, Katiana Holliday (Ray) of Buffalo, MO, Morgannah Wilcsek (Cory) and Tobias Kremeier (Rachel) of Oklahoma City, OK; his great grandchildren, Jonathon Holliday, Ashlynn Holliday, Joslyn Holliday and Charlotte Hempken; and his sister Maribeth Hardy (Dennis). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
