He was predeceased by: his parents, George Isbell and Barbara Isbell; his grandparents, O. K., Maudie Isbell, Fred and Wilma Simpson; his in-laws, Bill and Mabel Leggett; his brother Jim Blackard (Michael Young); and his nephew Paul Herrin.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Leggett; his children, Becky Phillips (Jon), Kyle Isbell (Rhiannon) and Anna Feltman (Levi); his grandchildren, Trevor Franklin, Jacob Phillips (Annie), Payton Phillips, Kylee Isbell, Jayce Isbell, McKenzy Isbell, Kimber Feltman, Milli Feltman, Brett Feltman, Tyler Batt (Breanne), Billie Buentello (Krystian), Kendra Coffman, Hannah Wilson and Elijah Smith; his great grandchildren, Theodore Phillips, Krason, Lane, Ella Batt, Theo Buentello, Carter, Barrett, Hudson Coffman and Madilynn Lopez; his sisters, Patricia Blackard, Helen Henderson (Larry), Annette Bell (Terrel) and Paula Mann (Todd); and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Toews (Francis), Billie Jean Meadors, Martha Young and Mary Beth Hoffman (Pete).
