She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Lowber and Maggie Lowber. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Penner; her father-in-law A. W. Penner; her brother Royce Lowber; her daughter Cindy (Loren Butler) of Norman Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Laura (Colby Cowart) of Norman and Brett Butler; her great grandchild Jaylee of Norman; her daughter Brenda Penner-Hoefar of Oklahoma City; her granddaughter Gabby Hoefar (Luke Sumptor); her great grandchild Harper of Gainsville, Florida.; and her siblings, Scott Lowber of Oklahoma City, Robert DeLong (Linda) of Moore, Rick Cook (Mary) of Cordell, Byrdena Cook (Elden Cook) and Frank Lowber (Terra).
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (216 N Glenn English, New Cordell, OK 73632).
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Cordell Blessing Box.
