He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Hoskinson and Vernon Bell; his stepfather Roy Hoskinson; and his granddaughter Kaycee Jo Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Antonia Cornelson; his children, Paul Bell of Woodward, Keith Bell of Woodward, Andy Bell (Jenny) of Woodward and Joy Phillips (John) of Fargo, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Alexa, Emma, Aubre, Maddox, Makayla, Ewen, Braden, Cailey, Morgan Bell, Hayleigh, Kennedy, Pasiley Phillips, Daniel Wheeler and Myka Wolfe.
