It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlene SUE Dugger (Cordell, Oklahoma), born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Smith and Kenneth Smith; her brother Donald Smith; her husband John Perdue; and her son Steve Perdue.

She is survived by: her children, Terri Robinson (Michael) and Monty Perdue; and her grandchildren, Steven, Deanna Perdue of Ohio, Aaron Perdue of Ohio, Lindsay Perdue of Indiana, Douglas, Brandy Wilson of Sand Springs, Julie and Matt Modlin of Lincolnton. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and many extended family.

There will be no service because Sue chose to further the education of our future by donating her body for medical research.
