He is survived by: his wife Alta Lee Marshall; his daughters, Connie Sue Duncan of Wainwright and Laura Annette Sawvel of Council Hill; his siblings, Gerald Staton (Janice) of Yukon, Paul Staton (Wanda) of Van Buren, AR, Leon Staton (Ulla) of Choctaw, Eldon Staton of Council Hill, Stanley Staton (Shirley) of Council Hill and Brenda Combs (Larry) of Council Hill; his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Staton of Checotah, Carol Staton of Enid and Opal Zook; his nephew Ronald Zook; his grandchildren, Janie Duncan of Wainwright, Jarrett Duncan (Violet) of Muskogee, Jason Duncan of Owasso, Melissa Owen (John) of Morris, Brian Sawvel of Claremore, Kristy Sawvel of Council Hill and Kelly Sawvel of Council Hill; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jaylee, Olivia, Hannah, Taylor and Shyla; and his children, Jay, Scotty and Tonya Goodman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and an array of family and friends.
