With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George H. Drake of Covington, Oklahoma, born in Southwest City, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. George left this world on September 18, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Drake and Opal Drake (Hobbs); his siblings, Percy, Bill, Henry, Eddie, Emily Hanna, Minnie Bea West, Betty Holzichter, Frosty Easter, Dorothy Upton and Eva Daniels; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Dunn and Terry Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Acosta; and his children, Junior Drake (Priss), Pam Jones (Louis), Kim Berglan, Brad Drake (Angie), Debbie Goodspeed, Kerri Davis, Nicole Miller, Carol Beasley and John Mullen (Linda). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
