He was predeceased by: his father Billy G. Floyd; and his son Brett Sprague. He is survived by: his mother Vicki Laverne Floyd (Wetzel); his children, Brandon Floyd (Melissa), Rachel Floyd and Tim Floyd; and his siblings, Linda Dickey, Don Floyd and Billy Floyd. He is also survived by grandchildren, along with other extended family.
