She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Eugene and Mary Maybell Richardson (Lane); her husband Jimmy Gene Phillips; and her brother John Richardson. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Phillips (Jennell) of Coweta, OK, Boyd Phillips of Coweta, OK and Clyde Phillips (Terri) of Coweta, OK; her grandchildren, Morgan, Jessica, Dillan, Bailey, Nick, Lillie, Caleb, Jimmy David, Michael and Alicia; her great grandchildren, River and Roper; and her sisters, Katie Shepherd of Tahlequah, OK and Teresa Richardson of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
