He is survived by: his wife Melissa David (Askey); his children, Gage Creekmore and Kalissa Creekmore; his grandchildren, Madison David, Sawyer Ford and Bennet Ford; and his brothers, Darrell David (Elizabeth) and Dean David. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Service (231 E Commercial St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the CrossPoint Baptist Church (28288 E 141st St S, Coweta, OK 74429).
