Gilead, Ohio..
She is survived by: her son Steven Allen Lewis (Judy) of Coweta, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Scott Lewis of Orange Beach, Shane Lewis (Amy) of Tulsa, Jason Henderson (Kim) of Oklahoma City, Julie Henderson Gamble of Sunbury, Ryan Lewis (Jennifer) of Piperton, Melanie Lewis Lormer of Tulsa and Shannon Lewis Haur (Justin) of Mobile, Alabama. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and spouses; 7 great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
