He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Alvin Keel and Nannie Lee Keel (Ward); and his brother Charles Keel. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Livesay (Steve) of Porter, Oklahoma, Calvin Keel (Jodie) of Coweta, Oklahoma and Marsha Chasteen (Carl) of Coweta, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Melanie Merritt, Brian Livesay, Cambrie Keel, Annie Keel and Joel Keel; and his siblings, Wilma Jean Harrison of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Dwain Keel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Dwight Keel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Service (210 S Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lone Star Baptist Church (10610 S 353rd E Ave, Coweta, OK 74429). A burial was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at the Vernon Cemetery (14827 S 305th E Ave, Coweta, OK 74429).
