Though Jerry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Willie and Jean May McCord (Lanham); his son Jesse Wayne McCord; his siblings, Joel McCord, Jimmy McCord and Judith Caughen; and his granddaughter Jessica Ann McCord.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee McCord of Coweta, OK; his children, Lonetta Murray (Dennis) of Coweta, OK, Sherry Phillips (Thomas) of Houston, TX and Roy McCord of Sand Springs, OK.; his brother David McCord of Oklahoma City, OK; and his grandchildren, Cassidy Gayle Carr and William Lee McCord. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
