Though Leroy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Starks and Geraldine Maxine Starks (Chadwell); and his wife Carol Gene Foster. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheri Ramos (Dennis) of Verdi, NV, William Starks of Coweta, OK and Rhonda Wewer of Bixby, OK; and his children, Clinton Richard Starks of Bend, OR, Misty Calico (Mike) of Broken Arrow, OK, Michael Foster (Darcy) of Coweta, OK and Fallisha Peters (Cody) of Norman, OK. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
