He is survived by: his wife Jerry Dunham; his former wife Patsy Quashnick; his sons, John Goettle (Jodi), Justin and Gregory; his son-in-law Dane Beibto (Pam); his grandchildren, Allen, Jennifer, Casey, Austen and Keighly (George); his great grandchild Sutton; his sisters, Mary Howard and Patricia; and his sisters-in-law, Viola Goettle and Lori. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Mike's memory.
