He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Potter and Lurline Potter (Hester); and his siblings, Betty Denton, Margaret Woodward, Darlene Wilson, Katherine Peterson, Terry Potter and Oren Potter.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Ray (Lenita) of Vernon, TX, Amy Denise of Coweta, OK and Dusten Riley of Bixby, OK.; his wife Barbara Gail Baker of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Tyler Self, Cole, Cassie Erwin, Laney Erwin, Payton Erwin, Mitchell and Gaby Potter; and his great grandchildren, Violet and Christopher Potter.
His tenure at Boeing was marked by numerous achievements, including his contributions to the Space Shuttle—a project that filled his children with immense pride.
