He is survived by: his father James Monroe Chalakee, Sr. of Coweta, Oklahoma; his wife Elizabeth Ann Chalakee; his children, Angela Brillant (John) of Coweta, Shawn Legus Chalakee, Jr. (Mykayla) of Haskell and Cheyenne Treadwell (Lathan) of Gore, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Alina Brillant, Malachi Chalakee, Ezekiel Chalakee, Eliza Jane Chalakee, Paisley Treadwell and Briar Treadwell; and his siblings, Monroe Chalakee (Sandra), Theron Chalakee (Tami), Heath Chalakee and Holly Presley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
