With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Rios-Delgado of Crescent, Oklahoma, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 20, 2024 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Adolfo Huayambal, Yolanda Rios-Castro and Reynaldo Delgado. He is survived by : his parents, Ignacia Rios-Delgado and Adolfo Rios-Castro; his siblings, Jose, Alex and Lizbeth; and his fiancé Cheyenne. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (220 S Grand, Crescent, OK 73028).
