He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Stephens and Freda Stephens; his brother Rick Stephens; his daughter Amanda Kerns Mosburg; and his brothers, Joe Bob Cates and Mark Calaway.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Stephens; his children, Kolby Stephens (Whitney), Kelsie Kramer (Alex), Sarah Keenan and Josh Castlebury; his grandchildren, Blakely, Bentley, Max, Kalia, Kamron, Ryleigh and Rawlin; his great grandchild Ellie Maree; his father-in-law Doug (Cheryl Marr); and his brothers, Kenny Stephens (Cheryl), Dale Stephens (Don) and James Stephens (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
