With sadness, we share the passing of Robert Howard of Crescent, Oklahoma. Robert, born on November 6, 1939 in Buffalo, Oklahoma, passed away on September 14, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Howard to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Howard and Juanita Howard; his wife Vickey Von Hoefer Howard; and his daughters, Connie Kay and Robin Lynn.
He is survived by: his son Scott Howard; his daughter-in-law Donna Schultz of Rossville, KS; his grandchildren, Andrew Howard (Sara Ford), Alyssa Solano (Nico Solano), James Lassiter (April Lassiter), Stephen Lassiter (Beth Layton), Rain Schultz-Pruner and Lake Schultz (Sierra Schultz); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Ava, Arabella, Wilfred, Maxon, Corbyn, Sophia, Victoria, Will and Benson; and his sister-in-law Janet Helmuth. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First United Presbyterian Church (224 E Noble Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to First United Presbyterian Church in Guthrie or to a charity of the donor's choice.
