He is survived by: his mother Patricia Blevens Mundy; his daughter Beatrice (Chris); his grandchildren, Nicky, Christion and Emmie of Lumberton, TX; his grandfather Norman Dalke of Yukon, OK; his siblings, Micheal Green (Joyce) of Crescent, OK and Jennifer Mantooth of Crescent, OK; his nephews, David Green (Caitlin) of Crescent Oklahoma, John Green (Kristal) of Crescent Oklahoma, Thomas Green (Jenny) of Crescent Oklahoma, Tyler Green of Crescent Oklahoma and Kaleb Marion; his niece Karissa Marion-Smith (Brian) of Oklahoma City; and also Donald Poindexter of Crescent, OK. He is also survived by three great nephews, eight great nieces, two great-great nephews, two uncles, two aunts, and ten first cousins.
