He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webster and Bessie Webster; his brother Luster Webster; and his son-in-law Eric Binder. He is survived by: his wife Anna Kay Webster; his children, Phil Webster Jr. (Shannon), Chandra Binder and John Webster (Dawn); his grandchildren, Brooke, Jacob, Clayton, Emily and Blake; and his brother Bobby Joe Webster (Gwenda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bishop Chapel of Memories (110 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501).
Phil's contribution to his town was ensuring Crowder was clean and cared for.
