She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Burt and Marian Sue Burt; her brothers-in-law, Steve Smith, Chuck Williams and Freddie Eberhart; and her niece Sara James.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Smith; her children, Amber Brown (Mark) and Adam Smith (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Ayden, Addie and Landon; her siblings, Brenda, Barbara, Becky, Linda and Danny; and her siblings-in-law, Becky Burt, Mike Smith and Steve Ledbetter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betsy's name to the Cushing Christian Church.
