He is survived by: his children, Brittany Penrod (Tyler), Kyra Penny (Nick) and Arron Eubanks; his grandchildren, Presley Penny, Lakelyn Penrod and Cecil Penny; his brother Shane Montgomery (Tina); his cousins, Carissa Harman (Mark), Darrell Medlock (Mari Ann) and Keri Jo Sowards (Tim); his uncle Junior Medlock (Suzie); and his aunt Carlene Montgomery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
