She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Frankie" Payne and Edna Sullivan Payne (Sullivan); her husband Herman Elgan Looney; her son Clifton Looney; her siblings, Elice "Austin" Payne, George Payne, Pauline Payne, Betty Johnson and Joan Striebeck; her daughter-in-law Vivian Lawanna Looney; and her stepchildren, J. W. Looney, James Looney, Vera Stevens and Frankie Britton.
She is survived by: her son Darrell Looney of Cushing; her sister Stella Payne of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; her stepdaughter Laverne Lane of Perkins, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Steven Looney (Lori Looney) of Luling, Krystal Ruddell (Jacob Ruddell) of Cushing, Charles "Charlie" Looney, Brannon Watts, Andrew Watts, Loren Looney and Roslyn "Rosi" Ruddell.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of the First Born - Perkins (404 E 92nd St, Perkins, OK 74074). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Osage Cemetery - Agra (343039 E 0780 Rd, Agra, OK 74824).
