He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl White and Imogene Sadler White Fisher; his brother Dwayne; and his grandparents, Guy, Johnsie White, Ira and Alene Sadler.

He is survived by: his siblings, Larry White (Lynne) and Brenda Goforth (Jerry); his nephews, Dwayne (Kim), Chris (Kathy) and Dana (Amber); his great-niece Lori Kardokus (Keaton); his great-nephews, Landen White and Austin White; and his aunt Jo Ann Van Ousterhout.
