He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Turner and Ruthie Turner (Mosley); and his brother David Turner. He is survived by: his wife Karen "Kay" Hoog; his children, Timothy Turner of Longwood, Florida and Tiffany Turner of Longwood, Florida; his siblings, Robert Turner of Atoka, Oklahoma, William Turner of Atoka, Oklahoma and Susie Kilpatrick of Texas; and his sister-in-law Susan Hoog of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial contributions be made in Dean's name to your favorite charity.
