She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Hahn and Beulah Hahn; her husband Richard Lee Combs; her grandson Dalton Gage Ford; and her siblings, Sharon Cone, Margert Hahn and Melvin Hahn.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Ford (Devlon) of Springer; her grandson Reilly Ford (Samantha) of Lone Grove; her siblings, Claire Rich of Drumright, Arnetta Hahn of Cushing, Sue James (Marvin) of Ripley, Ralph Sheldon (Cheryl) of Cushing and Sarah Murrison (Scott) of Cushing; and her daughter Belinda Adkins (Scott) of Stillwater. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home (800 S Linwood Ave, Cushing, OK 74023). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel (800 S Linwood Ave, Cushing, OK 74023).
