She was predeceased by: her parents, George Salley and Zelma Salley (Payne); and her siblings, Glen Salley, Violet Swafford, Margie Roe, Helen Richardson, Joyce Adams, Joann Frye and Donna Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Johnson (Kenneth) and Robert Collard; her grandchildren, Andrew Johnson, Justin Johnson, Makenzi Del Rio and Kaleigh Collard; her great grandchildren, Ryder Johnson, Reagan Johnson, Lane Johnson and Josiah Del Rio; and her siblings, Kenneth Salley (Becky), Jean Welch, Sue Wilson, Sherry Hadley (Doug) and Linda Pinkerton (PJ). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home (402 E Broadway St, Cushing, OK 74023). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
