It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Cusac in Cushing, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Hazel's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Hazel has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
In lieu of flowers, Hazel requested that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church.
