He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Rebecca Lewis (Johnson); his siblings, Oscar Boatman, Joe Boatman, Mike Lewis, David Lewis and Mary Mitchell; and his brothers-in-law, Allen Williams and Kent Wright.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy Williams, Marjorie Wright and Larry Don Lewis (Brenda); and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Braaten, Christina Lee and Charlie Lewis.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairlawn Cemetery (3700 N Little Ave, Cushing, OK 74023).
