He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy Williams, Marjorie Wright and Larry Don Lewis (Brenda); and his siblings' children, Rebecca Braaten, Christina Lee and Charlie Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
