Starks; his wife Kathy Flynt; his close friend Georgena Meyer Boyle; his children, Michael Starks, Jr. (Annette), Farrah Starks, Shauna Starks Jones (Brian) and Jason Starks; his grandchildren, Brody Starks (Katie), Bryce Starks (Callan), Gavin Jones, Harper Jones, Marek Starks and Maysen Starks; his great grandchildren, Micah and Rosalyn Starks; his grandmother Margaret Starks; his in-laws, J. I. and Ollie Mae Flynt; his sister Sandy; his siblings-in-law, Janet Flynt and Gregg Pritchard; his close friends, Jim Hayes and Joe Bob Cravens; and his caregivers, Megan and Jamie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home (800 S Linwood Ave, Cushing, OK 74023). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cushing Church of Christ (1401 E 9th St, Cushing, OK 74023).
