She is survived by: her husband Donald Smith of Cushing; her sons, Buddy Smith (Dianne) of Denton and Dennis Smith (Rita) of Meeker, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Seth Smith (Janie), Christy Graham (Matthew), Lauralee McGinley (Jim), Brian Smith, Jason Smith and Joshua "Josh" Smith (Melissa); and her siblings, Robert Britton (Donna), Virgil Simpson and Pearl Thomas (Chuck). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
