He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Dooley (Williamson); his parents-in-law, J. C. and Betty Jo Spiva; and his siblings-in-law, Alvie Morris and Sherry Gazaway.
He is survived by: his father Leo Dooley; his wife Barbra Jane Spiva; his children, Lori Pettus (Skip) of Pryor, Machele Salerno (Phillip) of Sperry and Kyle Dooley (Stefanie) of Pryor; his grandchildren, Ryan Pettus (Nicole), Colby Pettus (Jaide), Seth Salerno (Justice Jones), Brooklynn Dooley, Ella Jo Dooley and Reese Dooley; his great grandchildren, Jensen Collier and Rory Pettus; his sisters, Marilyn Morris of Cushing and Dot Tietz (Keith) of Ripley; and his siblings-in-law, Glen Spiva (Diana) and Connie Lewis. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mehan Union Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
