She was predeceased by : her son Lance Phillips; and her sisters, Debbie Miller and Trudi Cooper. She is survived by : her husband Tommy Allen of Cushing; her daughter Brooke; her son-in-law Mike Duff; her grandson Connor Phillips; her brothers, Timmy Troxell (Pat) and Jimmy Troxell (Darlene); and her close friend Toots. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home (402 E Broadway St, Cushing, OK 74023).
