She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Oliver and Loreine Iris Cook (Anderson); her daughter Melissa Rene'; and her brother Warren Edward "Ed" Cook. She is survived by: her husband John Duckworth; her children, Tim Duckworth of Stillwater and Kimberly Lewer of Cushing; and her grandson Wyatt Lewer of Cushing. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
