He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynne Buckles; his daughters, Shandi (Carl Treat), Kristin (Marty Wasson) and Shelli Shaffer; his granddaughters, Hadlee Treat, Lauren House (Taylor), Lilly Waters (Jonathan) and Valerie Shaffer; his great grandchildren, Duke and Harper Waters; his sister Barbara Butcher; his nephew Brock Butcher; and his niece Nikki Kyle (P. J.). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
