He is survived by: his mother Joyce Lovelace (Roton); his wife Pauline Lovelace; his children, Austin Lovelace (Nicky), Tonya Lovelace and April Lovelace Hudson (Ethan); his stepchildren, Toni Creswell (John), Trina Covington (late Frank Covington) and Dana Bassett; his siblings, Lisa Lovelace Jones (Danny), Glenda Lovelace Daniels (Eddie) and Mike Lovelace (Tina); and his close friend Monte Shimmer (Sandy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery.
