He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard "Red" Lamb and Emma Laverne Lamb; his brothers, Richard, Audie and Melvin; his mother-in-law Ann Collins; and his brother-in-law Jim Rempel.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ella, Crosby, Kimber, Emma and Kelton; his significant other Kim; his daughters, Jayme O'Brien (Les) and Jenna Nuncio (Gilbert); his siblings, Doyle Harlin and Johnnie Hamilton; his father-in-law Bob Collins; his sister-in-law Pam Rempel; his nephew Jim Bob Rempel; and his niece Jillian Williams. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Frederick (201 E Grand Ave, Frederick, OK 73542).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Frederick in honor of John.
