He was predeceased by : his father Everett B. Lee; and his brothers, Raymond, Wilford, Edward, Lloyd and Hugh Lee.

He is survived by : his children, Mike and Cheri; his wife Maeruth; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lee of Davis, Marshal Lee of Davis, Mason Lee of Davis, Laura Horodyski (Bobby) of Lehi and Michael Mays of Moore; and his siblings, Freeda Goodson of Oklahoma City, Marie Bradley of Duncan, Irene Niemyer of Greenfield, Fred Lee of Washington and Merlin Lee of Claremore.
