He was predeceased by: his parent Robert J. Holland; and his grandparents, Ross and Hazel Holland. He is survived by: his son Peyton Blake Flatt (Matea Cobble) of Norman, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Johnny Holland (Kristi) of Little Elm, Andy Holland (Janeva) of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Suzy Holland of San Antonio, Vikki Holland of Edmond and Julie Holland Yoder (Alan) of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
