She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer "Jack" Stephens and Jewel C. Stephens (Madden); her grandson Zachary Baker; and her siblings, Betty Horton, Maxine Miller, Cathy Hill, Joyce Edwards, Preston, Cletus, Chuck and Dee Stephens.

She is survived by: her husband Terry Hale; her children, Misty Baker (Keith), Terry Hale, Jr. (Angela) of Pocasset and Jody Hale of Roff; her grandchildren, Dustin Hale, Dylan Hale Baker, Kyri Hester, Jared Hale (Brittnay), Abby Hale and Annie Hale; her great grandchild Jolene; and her siblings, Sue Jones, Judy Cheek, Jackie and Jimmy Stephens. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
