He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Chadwick and Louise Chadwick (Higgins); and his son Justin Dow Chadwick. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Brassfield (Alex) of Hennepin and Jodi Coppenbarger (Cade) of Davis; his grandchildren, Morgan, Tyler Brooks, Gage, Paige Coppenbarger and Audrey Brassfield; his siblings, Barbara Chadwick, Judy Wells (Jerold) and Don Chadwick (Judy); and his sister-in-law Beverly Kay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
