He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M. Puckett and Florence L. Puckett (Magee); and his siblings, Catherine Floria, Jesse "Bud" Puckett and Don Puckett.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Hoffman of Davis, Martha Galloway (David) of Brambleton, VA, John Puckett (Marina) of Santa Claritia, CA and Joe Puckett of Davis; his grandchildren, Jeremy Hoffman (Lisa), Jessica Courtney (Jason), Trey Caram (Julie) and Morgan Galloway; and his great grandchildren, Madison Atteberry (Braden), Shelby Courtney, Cameron Hoffman and Easton Hoffman.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Hale's Funeral Home (202 S 4th St, Davis, OK 73030). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
